I had my braces done here last year. Dr. Milstein and her team are truly amazing! From the moment we first walked in, they made us feel right at home. Dr. Milstein is not only incredibly skilled, but she also made the whole braces process so smooth and stress-free. My mom, brother, and I all got our braces done here, and we couldn’t be happier with the results.Every visit was a pleasure—something I never thought I’d say about going to the orthodontist! this place is wonderful, everybody is very accomadating and nice. I think it is too expensive, you have to compare price to find out how much more expensive...but if it is just 10-20% more expensive i think it is worth it. -Good luck

Had a fantastic experience at MMO. They made my son very comfortable and explained and gave my son great instructions and visual aids on how to take care of his new braces! I was very happy with our experience at Marina Milstein. My daughter is 11 years old and unfortunately still has a thumb-sucking habit. We had been going to a different orthodontist for several years for my son and that doctor was very pushy about seeing her every 6 months even though I repeatedly told her I would book an appointment if my dentist recommended it. She literally made the appointments anyway and I always called to cancel it. I felt like I was bringing a cow to a butcher.In regards to her thumb sucking habit, the other ortho's answer was repeatedly "I'll just throw braces on her right now and that will stop it" - mind you - braces not to fix her teeth but to stop the thumb sucking - she never had a formal consultation exam there. I went to Marina Milstein for a consult after my dentist finally did refer me and they didn't even want to talk about giving her braces - the only concern was stopping the habit before she ruins her teeth (thankfully she still has a beautiful smile and the damage is minimal). They advised an appliance that fits in her mouth that is intended to stop her from putting her thumb in her mouth, nothing else. This was an AFFORDABLE solution compared to full-on braces. They aren't going to even consider a consult for braces until we are sure this habit is broken. They also do not accept our insurance but still priced me the same as if they do and they had a financing plan so I'll have this paid off in a few months.Finally - the appliance works!!! She has not put her thumb in her mouth ever since (that was a month or so ago). They suggested she keep it on for 6-9 months, but honestly I think I'm going to make her go for a year if we can. It's very hard to break a habit you've had since you were a baby and so easy to regress to something that's comforting if she gets upset. I'm bringing my son there next month for a 2nd opinion as well.

My brother referred us to Marina Milstein for our son's orthodontic care. Our experience has been very good. Dr Milstein is welcoming and professional and so are her staff members. The office is very clean and modern. They have accommodated us regarding our need to travel some distance to the Granite Bay office with virtual check-ins. After only a few months an obvious change can be seen in position of our son's teeth and correction of his bite. We are looking forward to seeing our son's continued orthodontic results which have been excellent thus far.

My son was so ecstatic about finally getting braces. He is already smiling more. He left the office saying, "I'm finally going to have straight teeth!" Dr. Milstein and staff are wonderful. They are very knowledgeable and take the time to clearly explain things. Everyone in the office was kind and made it comfortable being there. Definitely good vibes and energy. I'm happy that my son is being treated for orthodontics here.Update 6/2023 : My son has started his second phase treatment with Marina Milstein Orthodontics and is super excited. I love this place!!! The staff members are so sweet and careful. From the first step we came into the office, we understood that we’re in good hands. To have braces is not a simple and easy process. However, in this office you may not worry about it. Medical assistants clearly explain everything to me and my daughter, and Dr.Marina was very attentive and found necessary words to support my daughter and make the procedure more easily. She is very professional. Highly recommended Doctor Marina and her office!!!

Awesome staff and Great clinicians!! 100% perfect service and the premises is maintained at high standards!!Dr. Marina and her assistants did a very great job with both of my kids and the office manager Maggie is so good at explaining the treatment plan that doctor would do and always very helpful in person or on phone.Clinician who added braces to my daughter teeth is very patient and kind in explaining what type of treatment she is going to perform to my daughter .Kudos to front desk for their bubbly faces/patience and happily replied to all my queries!!Would definitely recommend for all age patients and specially with young kids…

I transferred to this office from out of state and from the original consult I was impressed with the staff and services! The Dr is professional and friendly, they were always on time with my appts, regular reminders on appts, flexibility making changes to appts and always made me feel taken care of. They were willing to work with my on my payment plan and truly gave me the smile I have always dreamed of! I got my braces off yesterday and though they were short staffed they put a rush on my retainers which I was able to pick up some day. I highly recommend this office and Dr to anyone looking to brighten their smile!
